Corporate Accounting Manager

We’re partnering with a high-growth, technology-driven manufacturing company that’s building complex, first-of-its-kind hardware and scaling rapidly. Backed by significant private capital and operating in a pre-IPO environment
, this team is looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to help build a scalable, best-in-class accounting function.

This is a highly visible role with ownership of the monthly close, audit leadership, and team management in a fast-paced, evolving organization.

• Lead and execute the corporate accounting function for a rapidly growing company
• Own the monthly close process
  , including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Prepare financial statements and reporting for investors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the annual audit
• Act as process owner for the close, internal controls, and accounting policies/manual
• Research and implement new US GAAP standards; document complex transactions
• Partner with FP&A on variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Support the Controller across tax, treasury, cost accounting, and grant accounting
• Oversee Accounts Payable and drive process improvements tied to DPO targets
• Collaborate on ERP enhancements to automate and scale reporting
• Lead and develop a team of 1–2 accountants
  , serving as primary reviewer for controls and deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of accounting experience
  , including 5+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong ownership of close, audit, and financial reporting
• ERP experience in a high-growth or complex environment

• CPA
• Experience in pre-IPO, advanced manufacturing, or capital-intensive environments
