Title: Senior Accountant
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 + Bonus
Location: Middleton, MA

Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing processes and related reconciliations

• Support general ledger activity across multiple accounts

• Prepare and post journal entries and account analyses

• Assist with month end close activities and reporting support

• Partner with leadership on process improvements and clean up projects

• Help strengthen accounting workflows and internal controls

• Collaborate with accounting support staff to prioritize and complete deliverables

Senior Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong general ledger and billing experience required

• Month end close experience required

• Ability to work fully onsite five days per week

• Comfortable in a growing, evolving, and hands on environment

• Systems savvy with solid Excel skills
