Senior Accountant

Kforce has an exciting opportunity with a highly successful professional services company located in downtown Boston that is seeking a Senior Accountant. This position offers a fast career trajectory and challenging work, as well as a chance to work on a broad variety of business investments.

• The Senior Accountant will perform accounting for multiple entities, investments, real estate, significant asset holdings (multiple classes), trusts and other related businesses for an assigned group of clients.
• Preparing & reviewing monthly financial statements/reports.
• Support external audits.
• Preparing & reviewing financial summaries requested by clients.
• Month‑end reconciliations.
• Provide continuous support on improved processes and efficiencies.
• Support tax group with tax work papers.
• Various financial projects for clients.

• BS in Accounting.
• Public accounting background/CPA desirable.
• Minimum 4+ years of general accounting.
• Strong Excel and systems aptitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
