• Started in public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
• Moved into private / industry and now own meaningful pieces of close
• Are already reviewing work, leading processes, or acting as the go-to — even without the title
• Want exposure beyond routine close work (integrations, systems, process build)

• Ownership of month-end close responsibilities across operating entities
• Hands‑on involvement with acquisitions and post‑close integration
• Direct mentorship from a Controller and visibility with the CFO
• A clear runway into people and process leadership as the team scales
• Fast‑paced, high‑growth, and imperfect (in a good way)
