The Development Accountant will be responsible for the monthly close process and preparing loan draws in collaboration with the development team.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in project, public, or property accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Proficiency in Yardi, Sage, or MRI, as well as good Excel skills, is essential for success in this position.
