Senior Auditor - National CPA Firm - Boston

A leading National Public Accounting firm is actively looking to add an experienced Auditor to their expanding audit and assurance team. Be a part of an organization with a diverse client base that has the latest technology, professional training, and top-tier benefits available to its staff.

In this customer-facing position, Senior Auditors will work closely with teammates and senior leaders at the firm to provide industry-leading assurance and accounting services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients regularly to coordinate and execute a range of audit tasks
• Work with senior management to provide guidance and supporting documents to clients
• Perform testing on client balance sheets and income statements
• Manage budgets, expenses, and staff allocation for client engagements
• Review financial statements and work papers for accuracy
• Identify risk areas and guide, along with senior management, on best practices
• Provide guidance and best practices as they relate to audit and accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years of recent public accounting experience
• CPA certified and/or eligible for certification
• Ability to travel 20-25% annually

Compensation:

Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience and certification status)
