Senior Accountant
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a growing technology company in Boston to identify a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant looking to take ownership of key accounting processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes as a Senior Accountant
- Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Support audit coordination and compliance efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting workflows
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant
- CPA or CPA track preferred
- Strong Excel and ERP experience
