About the Company Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Founded over ten years ago and publicly traded
- Commercial-stage pharmaceutical company focused on a subset of medical care
- This AP role owns the process and reports directly to the controller
- High degree of hybrid work flexibility
- Process roughly 40 invoices per week with a high level of precision
- Own the weekly check run process
- Process ACH/wire payments in the bank system
- Review T&E and produce related reporting using Concur
- Manage vendor relationships and internal vendor setup
- 5+ years in an accounts payable role
- Experience with a publicly traded company is a plus
- Proficiency with Net Suite is highly desirable
