Location: Boston – Financial District (hybrid)
Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting and supporting the month‑end and year‑end close process:

Review and approve accounting work related to monthly and annual close
Oversee and ensure accuracy of:
- Accounts payable invoices
- General ledger journal entries
Perform and review bank reconciliations
Support and manage city and state tax filings
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal accounting policies and controls
Partner with team members to improve processes and support overall financial integrity

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Background in professional services is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review work critically
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
