In this role, you won’t be limited to processing invoices. You’ll support accounting operations across a portfolio of branded and independent hotels throughout New England, gain exposure across multiple business entities, and work alongside finance leadership in a highly visible corporate environment.

• Managing full-cycle Accounts Payable operations
• Processing high-volume invoices and payments across multiple entities
• Reviewing coding, approvals, and documentation for accuracy
• Supporting vendors and maintaining strong relationships
• Assisting with month-end close and reconciliations
• Improving workflows and helping create efficient accounting processes
• Partnering across departments to support smooth financial operations

• Strong Accounts Payable experience, including full-cycle AP
• Multi-entity experience preferred
• Hospitality, corporate accounting, portfolio accounting, or similar industry experience preferred
• Strong Excel and accounting systems skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities
