The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the day‑to‑day accounting and finance functions and the month‑end close process. The primary responsibilities include accounts payable, employee expense reimbursements, intercompany transactions, daily cash reconciliations, and support of special projects.

- Receive, verify, and process AP invoices using Ramp.
- Process employee expense reports, review for accuracy of coding, verify approval, and ensure compliance with policy using Ramp.
- Support weekly payment runs.
- Daily cash reconciliation.
- Support the month‑end close.
- Prepare 1099s at year‑end and obtain W‑9s as needed.
- Complete ad‑hoc projects as assigned.
- 4+ years of overall accounting experience.
- 4‑year undergraduate degree, preferably in accounting.
Hourly rate ranges from $25.00 to $38.00 per hour, based on experience.
