A growing, established, and award winning hospitality company in the Greater Boston area is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join its corporate finance team. Supporting a portfolio of branded and independent hotels across New England, this role offers the chance to gain broad portfolio exposure, build experience across multiple entities, and continue developing within a company that is actively growing.

The Accounts Payable Associate supports day to day accounts payable operations across a multi property hotel portfolio. You’ll work across multiple entities and partner with teams throughout the business to help keep accounting operations running smoothly. Beyond invoice processing, this role offers exposure to vendor management, process improvement, and broader portfolio level accounting support.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

• Process invoices and payments accurately across multiple hotel and corporate entities
• Review coding, approvals, and supporting documentation to ensure complete and accurate records
• Support weekly payment processing and check runs
• Work with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment questions
• Maintain vendor files and ensure records stay organized and up to date
• Support employee expense processing and reimbursement activity
• Assist with month end close and maintain timely invoice flow
• Help identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency
• Support accounting operations across a growing hospitality portfolio

• Prior full cycle Accounts Payable experience required
• Experience in hospitality, multi entity accounting, corporate accounting, or similar environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Someone who takes ownership and approaches problems proactively
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Associate's degree or additional education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team oriented mindset
