Reporting directly to the CAO of the organization, the Corporate Controller will play an imperative role in overseeing all core accounting operations for the company. This leadership role will be hands‑on yet will provide a strategic approach to the accounting function, creating strong relationships with internal leaders and key external partners while developing best practices for the organization.
Requirements:
- CPA and Big 4 Public Accounting Experience
- 15+ Years of Comprehensive Accounting Experience, with 5 years Leadership Required
- Commercial Pharmaceutical and/or Biotech Experience is a Must
- Strong Technical Accounting Knowledge, Specifically Around Revenue Accounting (ASC 606, Gross to Net Accounting, Government Pricing)
- Mastery of Financial Systems, Involved in Implementations/Integrations
