Accounting Manager | Boston, MA | Hybrid

A growing global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its finance team. This is a high-impact role for a CPA with strong technical accounting expertise who is looking to help build and scale a best-in-class finance function.

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses
• Support technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition, leases, stock‑based compensation, consolidations, and purchase accounting
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
• Partner with FP&A, HR, Legal, Tax, and external auditors
• Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; IFRS exposure preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite preferred)
• Multi‑entity and multi‑currency experience is a plus

$130,000–$150,000 base salary
