Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their Boston office in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes while supporting various accounting operations across the organization. This position offers a competitive compensation range of $125,000 - $150,000 plus bonus, along with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced consulting firm.
Requirements include a CPA, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and 5–8 years of accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 exposure. Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and ERP experience (preferably with Net Suite) are essential.
