Tax Associate

We are currently recruiting for Tax Associates on behalf of a growing public accounting and advisory firm in Boston. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates with internship experience as well as current Tax Associates looking for their next move in public accounting.

The firm is looking for individuals who want to continue developing technically, gain broader exposure, and work within a collaborative environment that offers clear progression opportunities.

• Prepare federal and state tax returns
• Assist with tax research and compliance work
• Support senior team members on a variety of tax engagements
• Participate in client communications and ongoing projects
• Stay up to date with tax legislation and regulatory developments
• Contribute to internal projects and process improvements where needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in tax or public accounting
• Prior internship experience preferred
• CPA eligible or planning to pursue CPA certification
• Strong communication and analytical skills
