Property Accountant

They are based in downtown Boston and looking for the right individual to fit this key role of Property Accountant. You will report directly to the CFO. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to be a part of a dynamic and growing company.

This role will handle day-to-day entries, complete bank reconciliations, work with accounts receivables and payables team members, prepare financial statements, and assist the CFO with additional projects required to maintain the accounting books.

Key

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete, timely, accurate bank reconciliations
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Perform all month end close processes
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable process
• Manage preparation and analysis of financial reports
• Manage preparation of budget and audit work papers
• Assist in cash management including maintenance of operating accts, reserves, and escrows
• Assist in preparing external communications for construction requisitions, financial reporting, and other uses as needed
