Experience: Manager

Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 per year

• Lead the month-end and quarter-end close process
• Oversee general ledger and financial reporting activities
• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K)
• Research and document technical accounting matters
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, and external auditors
• Support SOX compliance and internal controls
• Assist with process improvements and special projects

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 6–10+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting and publicly traded biotech/life sciences experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting
• Experience with technical accounting and external audits
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
