Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Junior Accountant to join our team on a temporary basis. The Junior Accountant will assist with daily accounting operations, financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting support.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Process invoices, expense reports, and journal entries
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  
  Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems
• Assist with payroll and general ledger updates as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team

• 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience with Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar accounting platforms
• Data entry accuracy and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
