Salary: Up to $85,000
Location: Downtown Boston, MA (3–4 days onsite)

CFS is partnering with a growing real estate group seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant with residential experience to support a dynamic portfolio. The Property Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong operational support.

• The Property Accountant will manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of residential properties
• This Property Accountant will handle month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements as a core responsibility of the Property Accountant
• Partner with property managers to ensure accurate tracking of expenses, budgets, and variances
• Utilize real estate accounting systems such as Yardi, MRI, or Real Page to manage financial data
• This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Property Accountant looking to grow within residential real estate

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4+ years of property accounting experience
• Residential real estate experience required
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or Real Page required
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
