Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Greater Boston (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000-$110,000

• High-visibility role with exposure to consolidations, intercompany accounting, and technical accounting initiatives

• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules prepared by Staff Accountants
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, settlements, and supporting documentation across multiple entities
• Lead the consolidated month-end close process, including elimination entries and consolidated financial reporting
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support internal and external financial reporting requirements
• Mentor junior accounting staff while ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Multi-entity, consolidation, and intercompany accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
