• Serve as a trusted subject‑matter expert and escalation point as the Payroll Manager
• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and leadership to support business needs and compliance requirements
• Monitor payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting, resolving discrepancies efficiently
• Develop, document, and enhance payroll processes to support scale and consistency

• Prior experience leading payroll functions, ideally in a multi‑state or complex environment
• Payroll manager requires the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and bring structure to processes
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail required for success as a Payroll Manager
• Proven experience working with ADP is required
