Responsibilities
- Support department leadership with accounts receivable, billing processes, and general accounting functions
- Assist with expense tracking and reimbursement processing across multiple systems
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and help streamline workflows
- Analyze financial data and assist with reporting and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at various levels
- Bachelor's degree required; preference for Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or MPA) preferred
- 2‑3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to interpret financial data and key performance metrics
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
