Senior AP Specialist

Senior Accounts Payable Specialist – Remote but local to Boston, MA

• Process and review invoices to ensure proper approval, coding, and accuracy
• Coordinate payment runs and facilitate timely vendor disbursements
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice and payment inquiries
• Support month‑end close activities related to accounts payable
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable financial regulations
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and general accounting support as needed

• 4+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
• Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems required
• Exposure to VAT or international accounting practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
