Senior Accountant

Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + Profit Sharing

The Senior Accountant's Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close and financial reporting process
• Manage project accounting, billing, and revenue recognition
• Oversee payroll, cash management, and banking relationships
• Prepare financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Coordinate with external CPA firm during year-end
• Drive process improvements and enhance accounting operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in a project-based or professional services environment required
• Deltek VantagePoint experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and own the accounting function
