💼 Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite / 3 remote
💰 Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
- Manage accounting for 15+ residential communities
- Review and approve monthly property financials
- Oversee bank reconciliations and accruals
- Lead year-end audit support
- Mentor junior accounting staff
- 4+ years of property accounting experience
- Multifamily experience highly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Real Page required
