Senior Analyst, Fund Administration – Alternative Assets

Responsibilities

• Overseeing fund valuations, capital activity, pricing, audit coordination, and tax compliance for sponsored funds.
• Providing comprehensive investor relationship support and facilitating audits.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues while implementing controls.
• Training and mentoring junior analysts.
• Reviewing quarterly and monthly valuations for sponsored funds.
• Coordinating audit and tax reporting requirements.
• Managing key vendors associated with the sponsored funds.
• Participating in various ad hoc assignments and new projects to drive operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 5–7 years of experience in Fund Administration, Tax Accounting, or Audit and Accounting, specifically with hedge funds or private equity funds.
• Strong knowledge of alternative investments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities.
• Experience supporting investor relations activities.
