- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with investment accounting and transaction processing
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Partner with internal teams and external auditors during audit and reporting cycles
- Assist with cash activity, reporting, and financial analysis
- Help improve accounting processes and support special projects
- Respond to internal and external reporting requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience in public accounting, financial services, fund accounting, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- CPA track or CPA designation is a plus
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
