Property Accountant
Commercial Office & Mixed-Use Portfolio
📍 Boston, MA 02110
💼 Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 remote
💰 Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
- Full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of Class A office and mixed-use properties
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- CAM reconciliations and tenant billings
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate with property management teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of property accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred
