Title: Private Equity Fund Accounting Associate
Location: Boston (2 days in office)
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and review daily cash activity, wire transfers, reconciliations, and cash reporting.
- Calculate and review capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations.
- Prepare quarterly cash and accrual-based journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Support year-end audit and tax reporting processes.
- Prepare investor reporting schedules and supporting analyses.
- Maintain fund records and assist with finance-related systems and reporting tools.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support ongoing fund operations and special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in public accounting (Audit preferred) or relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with investment management, financial services, private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investments is a plus but not required.
- CPA or CPA track preferred.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Desire to build a long-term career within private equity finance.
