- Process AP and tenant receivables
- Assist with monthly close activities
- Maintain property accounting records
- Support bank reconciliations
- Prepare recurring account analyses
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- Internship or 1+ year of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with App Folio a plus
