Controller – Medical Manufacturing | Lead Finance in a Growing, High-Impact Environment

Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year

The Controller will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls while supporting operational leadership in a manufacturing setting. This individual will play a key role in optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and scaling the finance function alongside company growth.

• Lead all accounting operations including GL, month‑end close, financial reporting, AP/AR, and payroll
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and policies
• Partner with operations and executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Oversee cost accounting and inventory management within a manufacturing environment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audits
• Manage and mentor accounting staff, building a high‑performing team
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
• Support ERP optimization and reporting capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
• Prior experience in manufacturing required; medical, life sciences, or regulated environment highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and financial operations
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Proven ability to lead teams and partner cross‑functionally
