The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment while collaborating with both clients and internal operational teams. Responsibilities
- Calculate and review daily Net Asset Values (NAVs) for assigned funds
- Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports and deliverables
- Generate and maintain internal and external client reporting packages
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Utilize internal systems and technology to support daily fund accounting activities
- Review, investigate, and resolve accounting breaks and reconciliation issues
- Escalate complex issues and risks to management as appropriate
- Partner with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts
- Maintain high service standards and build strong client relationships
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1 3 years of Fund Accounting experience
- Strong understanding of investment products, including:
- Equities
- Fixed Income Securities
- Derivatives
- Corporate Actions
- Emerging Markets Investments
- Ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Bloomberg and Reuters platforms
- Prior experience in financial services, custody operations, or investment accounting
- Experience supporting institutional or investment management clients
