We’re seeking a hands‑on Interim Controller to provide coverage during a maternity leave and help keep day‑to‑day accounting operations running smoothly. This is an “in the weeds” role focused on execution and accuracy (close, reporting, reconciliations), not a strategic/transformational Controller position.
What you’ll do- Own and support the monthly close process and related timelines
- Prepare and/or review financial reporting
- Perform and oversee account reconciliations and ensure clean supporting schedules
- Maintain balance sheet integrity (recons, tie‑outs, variance explanations)
- Partner closely with finance leadership and the accounting team to keep operations moving
- Support general accounting needs as they arise during the coverage period
