- Support day-to-day accounting and cash management activities
- Prepare and review capital calls, distributions, and journal entries
- Assist with quarterly and year-end financial reporting
- Maintain investment records and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with external administrators, auditors, and other service providers
- Help monitor fund compliance and partnership requirements
- Respond to investor requests and support ongoing operational initiatives
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of accounting experience in financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with investment funds or alternative investments is a plus
- Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with fund accounting software is preferred
