Title: Assistant Controller

Salary: $155,000–$175,000

Schedule: 4 days/week in office + parking provided

Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.

• Oversee financial reporting, account reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.

• Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and general ledger activities.

• Support audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements.

• Supervise accounting personnel and coordinate with external accounting partners.

Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and multi-entity accounting experience.

• CPA strongly preferred along with prior supervisory experience.
