Pro Pivotal is hiring an Accounting Manager for a newly created role on our commercial real estate accounting team. If your brain naturally goes to CAM reconciliations, JV waterfalls, lender covenants, tenant escalations, and audit footnotes, this is your lane.
This position offers visibility across Accounting, Asset Management, Acquisitions, Tax, and Finance, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) and a compensation range of $135K-$150K base plus a 15% discretionary bonus.
