• Support designated areas of the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with General Ledger activities, including journal entries, account analysis, and supporting documentation.
• Execute established internal controls and support compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Partner with Finance and cross‑functional teams to support accounting projects and business initiatives.
• Help identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Assist with audit requests by preparing documentation and supporting internal and external audit activities.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting high‑quality financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Approximately 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting and/or a fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Foundational knowledge of General Ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month‑end close processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and continuously improve accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• CPA eligibility or progress toward CPA certification is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is 55,400.00 USD – 69,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
