- Global entity oversight: Oversee accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of international subsidiaries across multiple regions
- Close and reporting leadership: Lead monthly close processes, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Statutory and provider review: Review and validate reporting packages from global service providers to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
- Financial analysis: Analyze financial results, perform variance analysis, and provide insights to support leadership decision-making
- Cross-functional partnership: Partner with tax, legal, FP&A, and corporate accounting teams on global initiatives and reporting matters
- Entity lifecycle support: Support formations, restructurings, and liquidations across the international entity structure
- Cash and balance sheet oversight: Monitor cash positions and ensure appropriate accounting treatment across entities
- Process improvement: Drive enhancements to reporting processes, controls, and system efficiencies
- Leadership materials: Prepare and review materials for senior leadership and board-level presentations
- Stakeholder management: Serve as a key point of contact across internal stakeholders and external service providers supporting the international structure
- 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a multinational environment
- Public accounting experience required (Big 4 or large regional preferred)
- CPA highly preferred
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP and/or IFRS)
- Experience with international entities, consolidations, and multi-currency environments
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred)
