Socket.dev is seeking a Property Staff Accountant to support the Accounting/Finance Department in monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting for a portfolio of properties. The role handles accounts payable, reconciliations, and related accounting functions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, at least 2 years of experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Experience with Yardi is preferred.
