Salary Range: $115K-$127.5K | Bonus Eligible | Generous Benefits Package
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, flexible hours from 8 am to 5 pm

The Electronic Billing Manager will partner closely with attorneys, clients, and finance leadership to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely invoice processing while driving operational efficiencies across the billing cycle.
Key Qualifications- 7+ years of billing management experience
, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment - Advanced proficiency with Elite 3E billing software
- Strong understanding of legal billing practices
, e‑billing platforms
, and compliance requirements - Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills
- Proven leadership experience managing and motivating teams
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
, Finance
, Business Administration
, or related field preferred
- Co‑manage the firm’s electronic billing operations and e‑billing team
- Oversee the timely preparation, submission, and distribution of invoices
- Ensure compliance with client-specific billing guidelines and legal billing standards
- Review and resolve billing discrepancies, rejected invoices, and appeals
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing‑related issues
- Monitor revenue trends, billing metrics, and financial reporting data
- Identify opportunities to improve billing workflows and operational efficiency
- Prepare detailed billing and financial reports for leadership
- Mentor and support a team of client billing specialists
