Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a rapidly growing national real estate company in Boston, MA to identify an Assistant Controller.
The Assistant Controller will prepare GAAP-compliant financial reports, maintain ledgers, and support the close process while coordinating with acquisitions and asset management teams. A Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years of real estate accounting are required;
Yardi experience is a plus.
