The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston seeks a Senior Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will support daily, monthly and year-end accounting, prepare financial reports, and help ensure records reflect GAAP and nonprofit requirements.
You will oversee month-end close activities, fixed assets, cash reconciliations, and assist with audits, while collaborating with budgets, treasury, payroll and operations to strengthen internal controls.
