Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounts Payable Coordinator - Brighton, MA

Our client, a mission-driven organization, is seeking an AP/Accounting Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting operations during a leave coverage period. This role will focus primarily on accounts payable while also assisting with reconciliations, general accounting activities, and financial record maintenance.

• Process invoices and support accounts payable operations.
• Review and maintain financial documentation and records.
• Assist with vendor inquiries and payment-related issues.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end activities.
• Help maintain accounting data and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Support audit requests and other accounting projects as needed.
• Collaborate with the finance team to meet reporting and operational deadlines.

• 3+ years of accounting or accounts payable experience.
• Net Suite experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
