What

you'll do here:

As the Senior Manager, International Accounting
, you will serve as a key leader within the Global Finance organization, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations across our international entities. You will partner closely with regional finance teams, shared services, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient accounting processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and oversee the daily activities of international accounting teams across multiple regions, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely execution of accounting operations.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for international entities, ensuring adherence to corporate deadlines and reporting requirements.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, service level agreements, key performance indicators, and quality standards for regional accounting teams while driving accountability for results.
  • Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet analyses, and close deliverables to ensure compliance with company policies, U.S. GAAP, local statutory requirements, and internal control standards.
  • Partner with regional finance leadership to address operational accounting matters, resolve issues, and support business growth initiatives.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, recurring quality issues, and control gaps; develop and implement corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive standardization of accounting policies, procedures, and documentation across international locations to improve consistency, scalability, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting teams on international accounting matters, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support external and statutory audits by coordinating requests, providing documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Monitor changes in local accounting regulations and reporting requirements, partnering with local advisors as necessary to maintain compliance.
  • Lead automation and transformation efforts that enhance efficiency, improve controls, and reduce manual accounting activities.
  • Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing international accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Skills required for this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Active CPA required.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant experience managing international accounting operations.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and international accounting practices.
  • Experience leading global or regional accounting teams in a multinational organization.
  • Demonstrated success managing month-end close and day-to-day accounting operations across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Experience working with shared services and/or outsourced accounting teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with regional finance leaders and cross-functional business partners.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing accounting professionals.
  • Experience driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in a SaaS, technology, digital, or multinational company strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4

    HANA, Black Line, or comparable ERP and close management platforms preferred.

Base Salary: $,000 + Bonus
