Accounting Advisory Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Support and execute CFO and Accounting Services engagements for diverse clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and impactful outcomes.
• Prepare detailed client analyses, reports, and financial statements to meet organizational objectives and compliance standards.
• Improve and implement internal processes, procedures, and templates to enhance operational efficiency within the firm.
• Actively contribute to the firm's business development efforts by identifying opportunities and fostering client relationships.
• Participate in strategic company operations, providing insights to drive growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and other accounting services.
• Engage in post-M&A transaction integrations, ensuring seamless transitions and operational continuity.
• Implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support client decision-making and long-term objectives.

Accounting Advisory Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with 8 years preferred, in accounting or financial advisory roles.
• Proficiency in implementing accounting processes, systems, and procedures for scaling businesses effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare detailed financial reports and analyses.
• Experience in post-M&A transaction integrations and transitions is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to business development efforts and foster client relationships.
• Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) strategies and tools.
• Capability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site engagements effectively.
