About The Company
Our client is an advisory and consulting firm advising public, pre‑IPO, and private companies on transactions including mergers, acquisitions, debt restructuring, process improvement, and initial public offerings in various industries.
Responsibilities- Lead engagements advising market‑leading clients on mergers/acquisitions, initial public offerings, and various technical accounting matters
- Review of financial statements and other SEC filings
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and related analyses
- Manage existing client relationships and pursue new client opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA preferred
- 8‑12 years of public accounting or accounting advisory experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting
- Strong technical skills
- Experience in project management
$165,000-$225,000
