Accounts Payable Accountant

Established and respected organization in Boston seeks an Accounts Payable Accountant

hybrid work schedule (1-2 days/week in Boston)
salary $65K-$70K

• Serve as the primary administrator of the organization’s corporate employee expense account programs including card issuance, maintenance, and compliance oversight.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations, manage expense allocations, prepare journal entries, and ensure accurate general ledger coding.
• Partner with employees to resolve transaction disputes, provide training, and support accounts payable operations and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with exposure to accounts payable, corporate card administration, expense management, or auditing.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
