Proclinical is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Financial Reporting & Accounting to join a leading organisation. This position plays a key role in overseeing financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, and supporting business-critical accounting operations. The role also serves as a subject matter expert on technical accounting matters and contributes to process improvement initiatives across the finance function.

The successful candidate will focus on overseeing financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, and delivering accurate and timely financial documentation.

• Strong expertise in IFRS and financial reporting processes.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver high-quality financial documentation within strict deadlines.
• Experience in revenue recognition and technical accounting research.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Manage the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes in alignment with IFRS and internal accounting guidelines.
• Ensure all activities are completed within the timelines outlined in the accounting calendar and close schedule.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting for U.S. entities, including comprehensive documentation for month-end close reporting packages, balance sheet reconciliations, and manual journal entries.
• Act as the technical accounting lead for revenue recognition, applying IFRS guidance and preparing detailed accounting memos as needed.
• Conduct technical accounting research on various topics and ensure alignment with corporate policies and standards.
