Pro Pivotal in Boston, MA seeks a Property Portfolio Accountant to join our real estate team. You will review monthly reports from property managers, ensure GAAP compliance, and support audits across a diversified asset portfolio.
Require a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field and 2–5 years in accounting (public/private). Real estate accounting knowledge, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with Yardi are preferred; CPA or pursuing CPA is a plus.
